ELS, Inc. grants to you the right to use ChatNet Demo and to make backup copies. The complete unmodified package that includes the User窶冱 Manual and order form may be distributed free of charge without prior consent.
ï｣ｿ DEMO LICENSE LIMITS
The ChatNet Demo in IRC Mode is limited to twenty (20) minutes of online connect time per session. In AppleTalk Mode, the limit is three (3) connected AppleTalk users with unlimited time. Users may pay to register the ChatNet Demo as an unrestricted Personal Edition or a user license of 10, 50, or 250.
ï｣ｿ PERSONAL EDITION ﾂ
When registered with ELS, Inc. as a Personal Edition, you have the right to use ChatNet and to make one copy for a personal backup to be used on a single computer. If you wish to put the software on additional computers, you must register additional personal edition copies or register one of the multi-user license versions of ChatNet.
ï｣ｿ 10, 50, 250 USER LICENSEﾂ
When registered with ELS, Inc. as a User License, you have the right to use ChatNet and to make backup copies. ChatNet is limited for use to the number of specified users of the license registered. Each ChatNet license is also limited to ONLY ONE continuous network of interconnected computers in AppleTalk Mode. If you wish to make the software available to additional users that would exceed your current licensed limit or on multiple non-continuous networks, you must register additional licenses for those users and networks.

Under US copyright law, the software program enclosed and its User窶冱 Manual may not be modified in any way without written consent of ELS, Inc. Violators of this copyright are subject to prosecution under Federal copyright statutes.
DISCLAIMER
In no event shall ELS, Inc. nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation, production, delivery, or support of the program or manual be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use, the results of use, or inability to use the program or manual even if ELS, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages or claim. In particular, ELS, Inc. shall have no liability for any programs or data used with the program, including the costs of recovering such programs or data.
